How do I receive a refund?

If you have any billing questions relating to your TotalAV account our team is on hand 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. 

All of our subscriptions benefit from our money-back guarantee, so in the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with our award-winning protection, you will receive your money back. 

If we are unable to resolve your concerns, and in the event you are eligible to receive a refund, the balance will be returned to you within 7 working days of the request being actioned.
